This training is ideal for professionals in schools, youth clubs and youth organisations. The workshops can also be presented to community and statutory organisations.

Aim

To provide participants with an understanding of the issues that affect the lives of Traveller youths, challenge discrimination where it exists and a working knowledge of youth work in the Traveller community.

Duration

Half-day or a full-day depending on the needs of the participants.

  • Community & voluntary groups € 50 per participant
  • FÁS project participants, statutory sector € 60 participant

Full-day

  • Community & voluntary groups € 70 per participant
  • Community employment project participants, statutory sector € 80 per participant
