Annual Leave:

  • Annual leave entitlement for staff is 26 days per year (pro rata)

Savings Days:

  • Staff get two extra days leave - Good Friday and the day after St. Stephen's Day

Maternity Leave:

  • Exchange House Ireland will pay full salary (less Social Welfare benefits) for the period of the 26 weeks paid leave (subject to 1+ year service).

Paternity Leave

  • Exchange House Ireland will pay full salary (less Social Welfare benefits) for the period of the 2 weeks paid leave (subject to 1+ year service).

Sickness Benefit Scheme:

  • Exchange House Ireland offers all staff a generous, non-contributory, sickness benefit scheme (less Social Welfare benefits and subject to 1+ year service)

Hours of Work:

  • 34 hours per week

  • All staff have access to a pension scheme to which they can contribute via payroll.  All roles are entitled to up to a matched contribution from Exchange House Ireland (Matched contribution rates are dependant on how a role is funded and will be set out in individual job descriptions)
