The certificates have arrived at Exchange House for those Learners who completed the FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer.
A High standard of work was produced by all ten learners with the portfolios been of exceptional quality. The Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer is the minimum requirement for training that is tangible for a career in training. The hard work and determination by the learners of Exchange House to complete their Train the Trainer was reflected in the results received. One of the learners expressed her delight at completing the course and stated that she was grateful to Exchange House for giving her the opportunity in achieving the Award.
Also in the Education Department the Community Employment (CE) Leaners are participating in a Six Week Personal Effectiveness in Job Seeking course. The aim of this course is to provide the leaners with in-depth knowledge and skills in order to prepare them for future career building and Employment. The skills and knowledge they will attain will include, soft skills training, C.V building and career preparation.
Finally, the LTI programme (Local Training Initiative) is due to finish in June for this year. The LTI will start back up again in August. The leaners are working towards completing their remaining modules in order for them to receive their Major Award in Employability Skills. In total the learners aim to have all 8 modules complete.
The proliferation of certificates and the levels that they are at, is a very positive reflection on Exchange House and the hardworking learners.
