The Youth Service provides programmes and initiatives that promote the equality and inclusion of Traveller youths.

We provide the time and space for our young people to have fun, relax and meet friends. The expertise of the Youth Service team ensures that off-site services can be delivered in a safe and focused way. Working off site means the young people can engage in activities and learning experiences not usually available to them. These programmes include:

• Educational Away Programme 
• Social and Political Education
• Dáil na nÓg
• Comhairle na nÓg
• Addiction Awareness
• Sports
• Outdoor pursuits
• Youth arts
• Theatre and museum trips
• Cinema
• Swimming
• Inter-Site Mixing

This service is also provided to Travellers living on the roadside close to sites we work on.

Through more specialised programmes we work in partnership with the youths on raising awareness of the issues that affect them and their communities.
